Site Lead
The Role:
* An exceptional individual with a positive and proactive approach is sought to lead a transdisciplinary team of Allied Health professionals.
This position will focus on building the capacity of children, families, and communities through individual and group clinical work (both in clinic and in the community).
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving achievement of KPIs and strategic goals.

Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in people leadership, operations, or team management preferably in health, community, disability, education, or human services sectors.
* Strong working knowledge of the NDIS, children's services, and service delivery frameworks.
* Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive achievement of KPIs and strategic goals.
* Excellent communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
Working with Children Check (Employee - Victoria)
National Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current Victorian Drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
* Experience working within a multidisciplinary or allied health environment.
* Tertiary qualifications in business management, health management, human services, or a related field.

bestchance Child Family Care provides therapeutic intervention and capacity building supports to children aged 0-10 years and their families. We service families through the NDIS, Department of Education's Continuity of Support program and also provide capacity building supports to educators through the School Readiness Funding (SRF) program.
