About the opportunity
Seeking experienced neonatal nurses who have leadership experience and are keen to work in a senior role supporting families at home.
The HITH Clinical Nurse is a senior autonomous position that encompasses shared responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the unit, whilst working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, providing quality client-focused care, ensuring a holistic approach to the patient, their family and carers.The Clinical Nurse is responsible for patient assessment, comprehensive care provision and quality discharge planning.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
* Recent acute neonatal nursing experience and experience working autonomously. Previous community or sole practitioner experience will be highly regarded.
* Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
* A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
* The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
* A current unrestricted Drivers Licence
* A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
* Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
