Your Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering clinical orthodontic treatment under the prescription of a Specialist.
* Ensuring an excellent patient experience, from the first wire change to the final reveal.
* Collaborating with the team to maintain efficient clinical flow and high infection control standards.
* Educating patients on appliance care and oral hygiene to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will:
* Hold valid AHPRA registration (OHT or Hygienist).
* Be willing to relocate to (or currently reside in) Esperance, WA.
* Have strong communication skills and a "can-do" attitude that fits a fast-paced environment.
* Be adaptable and eager to work within a supportive team.
