The aim is to ensure a seamless IT experience for all users.Responsibilities:Respond to and manage incoming support requests, ensuring timely resolution of issuesProvide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issuesServe as an escalation point for Tier 1 technicians and assist in training and mentoringPC Imaging, inventory, and lifecycle support for equipmentPerform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex technical issuesDocument and maintain records of support issues, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing systemAssist in the development and implementation of support processes, policies, and best practicesAssist with IT projects and deployments as needed, including hardware and software rolloutsRequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience3-6 years' experience as service desk technicians and or technical support roleCertificates, licenses, and registrations required: COMPTIA - A+, Network +, Security + Microsoft - MSPComputer skills required: (Inventory Software; Microsoft Office Suite; Active Directory; Office 365 Administration SuiteOther skills required:Some certifications or vocational/technical training may substitute if current and relevant to the positionOutstanding customer service skills and commitment to end user experienceDesktop support experience with Windows Operating Systems and Macintosh.
