Morgan Asset Performance is seeking an Analyst/Consultant to support the delivery of high-impact projects.
You'll work alongside experienced consultants and client leaders to analyse organisations, identify opportunities, and implement improvements that drive performance and customer satisfaction.This role will suit someone who thrives on structured problem solving, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow their career in a fast-paced, professional services workplace.Build and strengthen client relationships.Collaborate with team members and clients to frame their business needs.Change management, manage workstreams, stakeholders and risksParticipate in structured problem solving.Identify and analyse data to inform effective decision making.Independently progress high quality solutions that deliver on client's needs.Present outcomes to client executive teams.Skills, Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum requirement is a bachelor's degree.
Preferred masters in engineering, business, technology or psychology.We are looking for a technology forward individual who can apply leading edge AI and unlock productivity within client organisations.What we are looking forAnalysts/Consultants:Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment.Experience working with senior stakeholders (senior management, directors, executives, etc.)Experience in manufacturing, pharma, FMCG, sustainability.Experience with Relevance AI, ChatGPT5, Gamma AI, Claude, etcHigh degree of MS Excel, PPT, Word capability.What does top talent looks like to us?
