Byblos Constructions is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our FIFO operations across the East Pilbara. This fixed-term contract role involves overseeing carpentry and construction works across active sites, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The position requires strong leadership capability, sound commercial awareness, and the ability to manage teams and stakeholders in remote environments.

Responsibilities
* Scoping and quoting of construction work across mine site and village environments
* Ordering of materials dealing directly with key suppliers and logistic companies
* Oversee the day-to-day delivery of carpentry and construction works
* Supervise and coordinate trades, labour, and subcontractors
* Plan and manage workforce scheduling and site workflows
* Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and quality standards
* Lead daily Prestart meetings and toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture
* Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
* Monitor project costs, variations, and quotation budgets
* Resolve on-site issues and drive continuous improvement
* Prepare and submit progress and site reports
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the building and construction industry
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Trade Certificate in Carpentry
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a construction supervisory role
* Experience in estimating and quoting works
* Broad knowledge of building and construction trades
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Demonstrated commitment to safety
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage project budgets and cost controls
