Technician – Electromechanical Assembly (Rail Manufacturing)

Our Client is a leading rail manufacturing company based in Asquith - NSW, known for our high-quality products and commitment to safety and innovation. With a growing workload and exciting projects underway, we are looking for hands-on, reliable individuals to join their skilled team.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on role suited to candidates with experience or interest in electromechanical assembly. You will assist with assembling and fitting components for rail systems in a workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the assembly of electrical and mechanical components
* Read and follow basic technical drawings and instructions
* Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
* Perform quality checks and report any issues to supervisors
* Maintain a clean and safe workspace
About You:
* Previous experience in a trade assistant, assembly, or technician role is highly regarded
* Certificate III in Electronics or similar is ideal, but not essential
* Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions
* Strong work ethic and punctuality
