Purpose
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you play a vital role in our Housekeeping department, ensuring every guest has a wonderful stay by keeping rooms super clean and paying attention to every detail.
The Role
* Casual loading on all hourly rates, base rate $24.98, with loadings for Monday - Friday ($31.23ph), Saturday ($37.47ph), Sunday ($43.72ph), and Public Holidays ($62.45ph)
* Adult wages for team members 16 years and above
* Supportive and fun team
Primary Responsibilities
* Thoroughly clean guest rooms, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces, ensuring an exceptional first impression
* Work within established guidelines to achieve impeccable standards
* Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well equipped
* Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment
* Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort
* Report maintenance issues promptly, showing dedication to a flawless experience
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is beneficial
* Your communication style is warm and welcoming, making guests and team members feel at home
* You have an eye for detail and work efficiently, managing time well and taking pride in tasks
* You enjoy a physical role, navigating between rooms may involve using internal and external staircases and open pathways
* You embrace collaborating with colleagues from various backgrounds
* Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
