For more information, please click hereChild Safe Standards.For assistance with applying through the NSW Health Career Portal please click here.What You Will Bring To The RoleRegistered Nurse Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and extensive relevant post registration experience in Mental Health. Occupational Therapist or Psychologist registered with AHPRA, or Post-graduate Masters or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology and full registration as Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency AHPRA, or Social Worker eligible for membership to AASW with substantial experience in Mental Health.Demonstrated expert level skills in mental health assessment and interventions with application to novel and critical situations and experience working with people in a complex clinical setting requiring acute mental health support.Demonstrated management experience and/or proven ability to provide leadership within a multidisciplinary team context.Demonstrated ability to lead change within the workplace, balance competing demands and motivate staff.Demonstrated knowledge of, and commitment to, a recovery focused model of care, incorporating consumer and carer consultation within the mental health service.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary community mental health service issues.Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.Need more information?Click here for the Position DescriptionFind out more about applying for this positionFor role related queries or questions contact Rachael Mulley on rachael.mulley@health.nsw.gov.au
