Business Development Manager – Premium Fitout / Property Sector
Location: Sydney | Full-time | Salary: Circa $130K – $160K plus (Experience Dependent)

The Role:
As Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of generating new business in the competitive commercial fitout and workplace design sector. You’ll leverage your strong network and industry expertise to represent a company known for its exceptional quality, service, and professionalism. The role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives on autonomy and has the confidence to build and manage high-value client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business and lead sales efforts in the commercial interiors and office fitout market
* Forge and nurture relationships with key players such as real estate agents, landlords, tenant reps, project managers, and designers
* Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and pitch meetings to elevate brand visibility
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and outstanding client satisfaction
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to fuel long-term business growth
About You:
* Proven track record in business development or account management within commercial fitouts, real estate, or property services
* Well-established network within the Sydney commercial property scene
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of your success and business growth
* Passionate about the design and delivery of cutting-edge commercial spaces
