Job Description:
The File and Administration Assistant plays a critical role in preparing pre-appointment documentation in line with our agreed timeframes. This includes tracking, compiling, and cross-referencing information to ensure accuracy and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, expert preferences, and legislative requirements.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, resolve emerging problems, and handle customer complaints efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pre-appointment checking and preparation of report files;
* Preparing templates for experts and transcribers;
* Providing product and service information to customers;
* Resolving issues and handling customer complaints;
* Supporting the Clinic Coordinator with reception duties;
* Greeting and signing in experts and examinees to our offices.
Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates with experience or qualifications in allied health, legal, or insurance industries.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
