**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join our passionate Program RQ team on a 12 month contract.
You will have worked on a risk transformation program, with demonstrated experience uplifting operational risk and building a positive risk culture through pragmatic and impactful change strategies.
The Change Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, and embedment of change within the program. This role develops change management strategies, provides guidance and support to change stakeholder groups, and works within the documented change management standards to ensure a consistent approach to change across the organization.
The role will seek to gain an understanding of business requirements and customer needs, working collaboratively with key SMEs to gain sponsorship and advocacy for the change and align efforts with BOQ Group's strategic goals and priorities.
The Change Manager is accountable for developing key change artefacts, designing and implementing change strategies, managing change-related delivery risks, and measuring key change metrics to successfully deliver the expected change outcomes.
**About you**
You are familiar with the operational risk environment in financial services, and have experience working on regulatory change initiatives. You are used to managing change across multiple workstreams, and linking policy change to customer outcomes.
You are a highly skilled and knowledgeable Change Manager with a solid foundation in change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Your education includes a certification in Change Management, such as SAFe or Prosci, which is highly desirable for this role.
You bring extensive experience in agile, waterfall, or operational change delivery methodologies, and you have the ability to seamlessly integrate change management practices into these frameworks. Your solid knowledge of change analysis techniques allows you to understand and align change initiatives with business requirements and customer needs effectively.
Your understanding of risk management considerations and governance frameworks related to change management is exceptional. You are adept at identifying, assessing, and mitigating change-related risks, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes. Your proficiency in stakeholder analysis and engagement strategies enables you to develop and implement communication plans that address the needs and concerns of diverse stakeholder groups.
You are familiar with organisational development and design principles, and you know how to leverage these to support and sustain change initiatives. Your competencies include strategic thinking, allowing you to develop and execute change management strategies that align with organizational goals and priorities.
Your excellent communication skills enable you to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their buy-in and support for change initiatives. You possess strong problem-solving skills, which help you identify and manage change-related delivery risks effectively. Your advanced interpersonal and stakeholder management skills allow you to work collaboratively with stakeholders to gain sponsorship and advocacy for change initiatives.
You are adaptable and can adjust change strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes in changing circumstances. Your analytical skills enable you to track and report the effectiveness of change efforts and adoption metrics, and to conduct readiness and sentiment assessments to refine and improve change strategies.
