Business Development Manager - Hazard Control Equipment. A full time permanent role covering Southern Sydney, South Coast and Canberra, focusing on residential, commercial, civil and infrastructure markets with a mix of technical solutions and transactional sales. 
Responsibilities 
Sell hazard control equipment (e.g., Dust Control, Noise Control, Fume Control, Ventilation Control and Environmental Control) to clients spanning major Tier 1 contractors, mining, infrastructure and smaller builders. 
Develop and manage a defined sales territory, driving revenue and growth. 
Provide technical solutions and build strong client relationships; balance complex technical sales with simpler transactional opportunities. 
Represent the business professionally, contributing to a culture that values staff development and long-term career growth. 
Qualifications 
Experience in an external sales role within construction, civil, mining, infrastructure or the hire industry; or a hands-on/technical background seeking a transition to sales in relevant verticals. 
Genuine passion for managing a territory and driving revenue and growth. 
Ability to be self-sufficient and build strong client relationships; capable of delivering technical solutions. 
Willingness to learn product knowledge and contribute as a key member of the team.

Base salary of $95k - $110k depending on industry experience
