Job Title: Regional Customer Service Officer
We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support credit client administration (invoicing, banking, reporting)
* Ensure communication and liaison with accounts departments
* Scheduling and dispatching of customer products
* Conduct a professional and efficient service to regional/area managers and customers
* Liaise with sales team to manage intake stock and customer intake forecasts
* Undertake bulk waste recordings and record contractor hours
* Coordinate with sales and operations on product availability
Requirements:
* A background in customer service with high level of integrity
* Excellent phone manner and overall communication skills
* High level of attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised
* Ability to work on a rotating shift roster
* Strong organisational skills with ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks
* Experience using computerised sales systems and proficient in MS Office applications
* High level of problem solving capability and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Ability to handle a high volume of work and challenging situations
