Job Description
Acting as the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the finance functions across Australia, Thailand and the USA. Specific responsibilities include:
* Direct and coordinate the activities of the Administration and Finance, Management Control and Information Technology departments through the coordination of an international team (AU, THAI and USA)
* Guarantee the processes, procedures and activities in the administrative, accounting & financial statements in compliance with the accounting principles adopted and the policies defined at corporate level
* Oversee the consolidated financial reporting process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of consolidated reports across all business units.
* Ensuring adherence to guidelines for planning, management control and reporting activities at company and group level
* Be a Business Partner by actively collaborating with the General Management and the Group Management team to achieve business, strategic and profit objectives
* Be the focal point for external consultant, auditors and advisors.
* Oversee corporate finance through treasury management and financial investments
* Planning and managing the financial area of the company by drawing up cash flows and managing relations with credit institutions
* Guarantee support in extraordinary finance operations by working closely with the management team (local and international)
* Ensure the correct application of processes, procedures and activities on the foreign subsidiaries of the group, creating uniformity in terms of data and information
* Guarantee the verification and optimisation of the performance of information systems at company level, ensuring the continuity of IT processes
* Ensure proper supervision in legal, fiscal, civil and corporate matters
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will possess:
* A solid track record with at least three years in a Senior Accountant or Finance Manager role.
* Experience in multinational corporate environments, preferably within manufacturing or inventory-focused sectors.
* Strong capabilities in business partnering and understanding IT dynamics.
* Demonstrated leadership, team building, and intercultural communication skills.
* A readiness to travel and a proactive, hands-on approach to financial management.
