Opportunity

Location: We have five locations across Queensland and Victoria, and we can discuss which one best suits you.

In this role you will lead and evolve the Supply Chain operations and processes across Australia, enabling the execution of commercial strategies and operational plans to achieve top‐line and bottom‐line growth. You will also review and lead the implementation of supply chain processes across the KGF Australia network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the supply chain functional structure required to deliver the business an integrated process to the KFG network.
• Design the people capability plan that is required to execute.
• In collaboration with business leaders, set the business operating rhythm through design and implementation of S&OP governance framework and processes.
• Develop and implement a freight and logistics strategy to optimise profitability and efficiency in line with business needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in broad food concept development and innovation, ideally with exposure to primary/secondary meat processing or other fresh food related categories.
• Leadership experience in a high‐performance environment.
• Demonstrated and proven success with commercial and/or operational strategy design and execution.
• Proven experience with shipping, freight and export documentation.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability and agility to engage and build relationships across the organisation, with customers, and external partners.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications, ideally in agribusiness, marketing, food science, or commerce.
