The Opportunity
* Undertake a variety of tasks to support overall site operations
* Perform dust control, odour control, litter management, and general site maintenance
* Assist team members, contractors, and customers as required
* Operate the on-site recycling compactor (baler)
* Work effectively in all weather conditions to ensure the site remains safe, clean, and fully operational
About You
* Previous experience within the landfill/waste industry is highly regarded
* Forklift licence essential
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Good communication skills
* Ability to think ahead, outside the box & problem solve
* Ability to work autonomously and a part of a team
