Key Responsibilities

* Supervise, mentor, and support team members in their professional development and time management.

o Collaborate with Program Coordinators and Managers to coordinate administrative tasks and ensure effective program delivery.

Requirements

* A minimum of a Certificate 4 in Mental Health, Mental Health Peer Work, or Community Services, or currently enrolled in one of these qualifications.

o Proven experience as a people leader, preferably in a mental health setting.

+ Strong understanding of contemporary mental health issues and recovery-oriented mental health practice.
