* Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with personal care, such as showering and dressing
* Help with meal preparation and light domestic tasks
* Provide transport to appointments and shopping
* Encourage social engagement and community participation
* Maintain accurate care documentation
Requirements:
A Cert III or higher in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Home Care
Passion for empowering older people
Great communication and relationship skills
An open driver's licence
NDIS Worker Screening and Police Check
