Role Overview

Page Institute is seeking a creative and energetic Digital Marketing & Events Coordinator to drive our brand presence and support student recruitment. You are a natural storyteller who can own the "voice" of our institute, making vocational education feel exciting, accessible, and aspirational for international students and our global agent network. This role plays a key part in supporting enrolment outcomes through well-executed events, strong digital engagement and close collaboration with the student recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the social channels: Manage the content production, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Content creation (The "Magic"): Shoot and edit high-quality, short-form video content on the go—including styling, scripting, and caption writing that stops the scroll.
* Live engagement: Assist in hosting regular "Live" sessions to showcase our campus, interview trainers, and assist in answering prospective student inquiries in real-time.
* Event planning & boots-on-the-ground: Trade the desk chair for "event boots" to plan and execute Open Days, agent workshops, and graduation ceremonies, capturing the action as it happens.
* Own event planning from start to finish: Leading on-the-day delivery to ensure events run smoothly, stay on schedule, and deliver real outcomes — from brand visibility to student engagement and enrolments.
* Review event performance and feedback: Track engagement outcomes, and identify opportunities to continuously improve future events and student engagement.
* Agent & student support: Develop digital marketing "toolkits" (EDMs, flyers, videos) for our global agent network and assist in managing inquiries coming through social DMs.
* Analytics with sensitivity: Track and report on engagement, enquiries, and campaign performance to ensure our marketing activity delivers measurable ROI, supports data-driven decision-making, and continuously improves outcomes — all while maintaining a strong commercial sensibility.

What we are looking for

* The storyteller: 2–3 years of experience in social media or marketing with strong copywriting skills. You know how to keep a brand voice consistent but fresh.
* Tech savvy: Expert in Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and Canva. Bonus points if you've "hacked" AI tools to make your workflow faster and smarter.
* Creative thinker: You know when to be bold and experimental, and when to stick to the regulatory brief.
* Cool under pressure: You are organized, meet deadlines, and can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
* Interpersonal and excellent English communication skills: You know how to provide support to the recruitment team when needed — such as capturing content during orientation days, sharing updates on upcoming events, and assisting with campus tours.

Bonus Points

* Experience in the International Education (CRICOS) or RTO sector.
* An eye for design and the ability to whip up on-brand content in Adobe Creative Suite.
* Multilingual skills (relevant to our target international student markets).
