An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Junior Property Manager to join a growing and well-supported property management team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in property management, with hands-on training and mentoring from an experienced Senior Property Manager.
You will play a key support role in the day-to-day operations of the department while also overseeing junior leasing consultants, all within a collaborative and high-performing environment. The position operates on a rotating weekend roster, offering flexibility and a balanced work schedule.

The Opportunity:
This position offers genuine career development with structured training and ongoing mentorship. You will work closely with a Senior Property Manager while gaining leadership exposure through supporting and guiding junior leasing consultants.
Key Responsibilities
* Support a Senior Property Manager with daily portfolio management
* Assist in overseeing and mentoring junior leasing consultants
* Conduct open homes and property inspections (including rotating weekends)
* Complete routine and ingoing inspections
* Manage property advertising and marketing
* Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries
* Process tenant applications and complete application checks
* No outgoings, repairs, or maintenance responsibilities
Experience & Requirements
* Current Certificate of Registration (COR)
* Reliable car required
* Strong communication skills
* Positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
