Overview Il Lido is on the hunt for a head sommelier to take custody of our highly regarded and awarded wine list.
Once a 1930's art-deco seaside cabaret hall on Cottesloe beach, today Il Lido is a highly regarded Italian canteen and wine bar, as well as a busy espresso bar.
Our rustic Italian cuisine from all corners of Italy implores guests to explore the wine list which is diverse in its varietal and regional offering, with Barolos from every commune, Barbarescos, Chiantis and Tuscan superstars sitting comfortably alongside lesser known, small batch producers.
Recognised at national awards for our sparkling, Italian and aperitif lists there is far more than one string to our bow.
Il Lido's list also pays diligence to Australia and Western Australia's wine offering exploring the breadth of blue-chip producers alongside those of the avant garde.
