Only About Children is seeking a passionate Inclusion Support Educator for our Buderim campus.
This permanent full time role gives you the chance to work in a collaborative, professional environment where you'll deliver high-quality, inclusive education and care, supporting children with additional needs and complex behaviours.
You'll work closely with families, influence campus inclusion practices, and help every child reach their full potential.
What You'll Do
- Lead inclusive education and care for children with complex behaviours and additional needs.
- Champion trauma-informed practices to foster social, emotional, and educational development.
- Partner with families and campus teams on individualised support plans.
- Influence campus quality improvement and contribute to inclusion strategies.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all children.

About You
- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood, Disability Support, or Allied Health.
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience supporting children with additional needs (2+ years desirable).
- Passion for inclusion, child safety, and fostering equitable learning opportunities.
- Strong communication, reflective practice, and collaborative mindset.
