We’re sending out an open invitation for a standout recruiter to join our existing Newcastle branch, and grow our Technical Recruitment presence.
Here’s what you’ll do:
o Make your mark on Rarekind by driving the growth of our Newcastle and Hunter region market. You’ll meet new and existing clients to develop and convert leads, and immerse yourself into community networking events to become the go-to recruiter.
o Dive into a warm desk of temporary and permanent Technical roles – Engineering, IT and Supply Chain & Logistics. You’ll be supported by an experienced executive team, and your local and remote colleagues – they’re with you every step of the way.
o Choose your own adventure. You’ll work closely with Leaders and Directors to build and deploy a growth strategy for a region that we’re investing in. But don’t worry – there’s no helicopter parenting here.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running. We're open to experience levels, but a few years recruiting will give you the best start. A background in some sort of technical recruitment will be handy.
