* Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal preparation and service.
* Develop and implement menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
* Manage inventory and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
* Collaborate with our Chef Manager to achieve exceptional catering outcomes.

Essential qualifications:
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.

* High level of food safety knowledge and adherence to best practices.
* Full Australian working rights and national police clearance.
