- Outbound collection calls following up on overdue invoices
- Daily account reconciliations
- Manage/review customer orders on credit hold
- Credit/invoice processing
- Resolve disputed invoices
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and disputes
- Daily adhoc task
- Age trial balance reporting
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Good Excel Skills and potentially have Oracle too.
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to handle delivery of a conversation with clients and complex queries and not get rattled easily.
- Manage numerous accounts.
- Work under pressure in a team workplace.
- Proven experience as a Credit Officer or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of credit and collection principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
