The Digital Marketing Manager is not just an advertiser. He/she is a marketer who understands numbers and makes data driven decisions but is also creative and knows how to communicate with clients and the target audience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assisting in the development of strategies and recommendations on how best to drive online results for clients to ensure they have the strongest opportunity to achieve their required business goals.
- Collate, analyse, optimise and produce timely and insightful reports for all paid marketing campaigns, using these statistics to influence future digital activity.
- Liaising with external agencies working on paid channels.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Passion for what they do and who they are and love the team focused environment.
- 3+ years digital marketing background gained with demonstrable experience in SEM and AdWords. Other digital channels will be an advantage but not a requirement.
- A focus on driving results - Success within this role will be determined by the results delivered for our client's and assisted growth in their businesses.
- Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgement and solve difficult problems without direct supervision; independent thinking a big plus.
- Experience in a high-growth digital agency will be an advantage.
