As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products produced meet quality standards required to minimize quality costs and maximize customer satisfaction whilst ensuring that procedures and processes are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain QMS for Oliver footwear in Australia, maintain the regular QMS audit
Communicate with end users and respond to their quality complaints. Reduce the product warranty and ppm
Review with cross-functional teams to ensure critical documents are under Honeywell standards (MRS, PRS, CTQ, FMEA, DVPnR, MRL, PPAP, etc.) and participate in Critical Technical Review (CTR)
Sustain Quality and VE/CE Quality
Conduct incoming inspection for each batch delivered to Australia DC, making decisions to accept or reject the batch
Key Experience & Capabilities:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
4+ years of experience in a similar position or business
Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
Knowledge of TS***** and ISO****
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
