Job Description
The Executive Director is responsible for providing professional services to clients, defining and implementing plans and policies to further the agency's mission. This includes overseeing program, clinical, and administrative services within the agency.

Accountabilities

* Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with board members, Vice Presidents' team, and other applicable parties.

* Representing and promoting the interests and image of the organization to governmental entities, local community, accrediting bodies, and public at large.

* Serving as direct staff liaison to the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Board Development Committee, and indirectly to all Board Committees, task forces, and teams.

* Leading fundraising efforts, developing strategic fundraising vision, and establishing effective relationships with major prospective donors and funders.

This position requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage a team of direct reports, motivate and develop a highly qualified workforce, and establish a work environment that promotes trustworthiness and transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to the organization's mission and services. At least ten years of related leadership experience are also required.

Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree (Masters or higher) from an accredited college or university in a field related to the organization's mission and services, with emphasis on mental health.
