About the role
As a Clinical Nurse in Pandanus Ward, you will provide advanced clinical care and leadership for aged care and medical patients with complex healthcare needs.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver advanced, person‐centred nursing care for patients with complex needs
* Provide clinical leadership, guidance and support to nursing staff and students
* Coordinate and evaluate patient care plans to achieve optimal outcomes
* Lead quality improvement initiatives and support safe clinical practice
* Contribute to education, mentoring and professional development activities
* Support service delivery through effective resource coordination and clinical decision‐making
Required qualifications and experience
* Advanced clinical knowledge and experience managing complex patient care
* Strong clinical leadership, critical thinking and decision‐making skills
* Experience coordinating care and supporting multidisciplinary healthcare teams
* Ability to mentor, educate and support nurses, students and emerging clinicians
* Knowledge of quality improvement, clinical governance and patient safety principles
