About the Role Advise clients on a broad range of commercial transactions, including corporate, property, and contractual matters. 
Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, agreements, and commercial documentation. 
Work closely with senior lawyers and directors on complex transactions and strategic commercial advice. 
Manage files autonomously with direct client engagement, while still receiving support and mentoring. 
Contribute to a firm culture that values efficiency, collaboration, and client success. 
About You We're looking for a commercially minded, motivated lawyer who brings: 3–5+ years PAE in commercial/transactional law (more senior applicants also welcome). 
Strong skills in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements. 
Experience in corporate transactions, property, or general commercial advisory work (highly regarded, but not essential). 
A solutions-focused mindset with excellent time management and communication skills. 
The ability to work independently while being a valued part of a team.
