Job Description
We are seeking a qualified professional to act primarily for owner's corporations and strata managers, as well as builder, developer and insurer clients. Key responsibilities include managing contract risk and drafting, project administration & regulatory issues, construction claims, home owners warranty, building defect disputes and security of payment matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' post admission experience in construction, strata or property disputes. Strong drafting skills and an eye for technical detail are essential, along with confidence dealing directly with clients and other stakeholders.
