NDIS Service Coordinator – Build, Grow & Lead (Perth)
Part-time to Full-time | Entrepreneurial Role | High Impact
Enaeline Support Services is entering a deliberate growth chapter, and we are inviting the right Service Coordinator to build alongside us.
This is not a traditional coordination role.
It's an opportunity for a commercially minded, values-driven professional to build and grow a caseload from the ground up, operating like a small business within an established and compliant organisation.
Starting at 15.2 hours per week, this role is designed to scale to full-time within six months, with clear KPIs, growth expectations, and the runway to lead future Supported Independent Living (SIL) services planned for June–July.
If you thrive in autonomy, accountability, and momentum, this role is built for you.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of your own service portfolio, from first conversation to full service delivery.
You will be responsible for:
* Building a caseload of 20+ participants
* Onboarding a minimum of four (4) new participants per month
* Laying the groundwork for future SIL operations
* Delivering a participant journey grounded in genuine choice, control and dignity
This is a role for someone who sees growth not as pressure, but as possibility.

* Undertake local business development and referral engagement
* Maintain performance against agreed KPIs, budgets and growth targets
* Contribute to forward planning for SIL properties and service expansion
