Working in consultation with the P&C team and business leaders, the Learning and OD Lead will build and deliver a multi-year program of fit-for-purpose learning and OD solutions that support the cultural transformation of Magentus and the growth and engagement of our people.What’s in it for you:Extra Leave: Parental / Volunteer / Pawrental / Birthday & the opportunity to purchase more.Leadership & Development: Litmos learning / Future leaders program – but this is where you come in, to help us shape!!Employee Recognition: Annual celebrations / Peer recognition / CEO awards / Great tenure presents.Wellbeing led: Community driven programs / Starlight partnership / EAP.Most of all a supportive / inclusive and diverse company.What you’ll do:Lead the development and delivery of the learning and development program for MagentusIdentify our organisational learning requirements, with a focus on building capability across different layers of leadershipCreate and deliver team building programs with a focus on building high performing teamsLead the design and roll out of an organizational competency and capability framework to underpin talent development initiatives and support the build out of career pathwaysCreate and implement highly impactful culture initiatives that will enhance the value proposition of Magentus as a values led, people-first businessPartner with the Heads of People to lead the bi-annual team engagement survey process, identify engagement hot spots and identify strategies to address these in consultation with the P&C team and business leadersSupport the work required to complete the foundational build of a DEI strategy and initiatives to support progress towards key goalsWhat you’ll bring with you:Highly developed written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in ambiguity – building the plane while flying itA roll your sleeves up attitude to work in a lean team without lots of supporting technology infrastructureStrong influencing and negotiation skills and stakeholder engagement skillsStrengths in working as a member of a collaborative team, but comfortable in being self-directed and able to work autonomously as neededGreat attention to detailWhat your background and experience looks like:Extensive experience in learning, leadership development and organisational development disciplines in both mature and scale up businessesProven experience in the design and delivery of fit for purpose leadership development programsExperience leading businesses through transformational changeTertiary qualifications in human resources, or other relevant areaSupporting qualifications in adult learning, leadership development, or instructional designExposure to a range of different HR technologies with a view to contributing to recommendations for future investmentOur values say a lot about us:People are at the heart of everything we do at Magentus — we work as one team to create a healthier society.One Team / Make a difference / We Care / Constant Evolution / TrustNot confident that you have everything listed above?
