About the Role
ETS holds contracts to clear vegetation along Western Power's distribution and transmission network, and we're expanding our team in Midvale, Pinjarra & Armadale. We are hiring passionate Tree workers and Ground crew for a DIDO (Drive-In Drive-Out) role, offering the chance to work hands on outdoors.
Ground Crew (experienced in felling trees)
EWP Operators (EWP High Risk Licence required)

About You
You're safety-focused, physically fit, and love working outdoors. A positive, team-player attitude is essential. You're confident with machinery and ready to take on all tree crew tasks, chipper operation, ground clearing, and EWP work. You must be available to drive in and drive out of the work regions (company vehicles can be provided) and able to live away from home for up to 19 day swings.
Vegetation experience is a bonus, but we also welcome transferable skills from agriculture, labouring, construction or any other hands on industry.
Skills & Qualifications
* White Card (Construction Safety)
* HR or MR Truck Licence (or ability to obtain within first 6 months)
* Chainsaw and EWP licences
* First Aid & CPR
* Cert II ESI, Cert III Arboriculture, First Aid
