A Day In Your Life
Oversee the smooth running of daily building operations across a high-profile commercial portfolio
Build strong, positive relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors to manage repairs and maintenance
Ensure facilities are safe, compliant, and running efficiently
Prepare and manage capital projects, budgets, reporting, and performance metrics with confidence and care
Lead sustainability and wellbeing initiatives to create better workplaces for all
