As we say goodbye to winter, we're looking for experienced bartenders and a sommelier to join the Wine and Beverage team at **Gibney.** A finalist for Gourmet Traveller's 'Best New Restaurant' and Australia's Best New Wine List for 2024, Gibney is an old-world brasserie grill with a menu that draws inspiration from classic flavours and timeless presentation. Think seafood, home-made pasta, tableside service, classic cocktails, luxurious snacks, including a caviar bar and an extensive wine list, curated by Award Winning Group Sommelier. You will work alongside an established team of professionals who are passionate about our industry and proud to be a part of the Gibney experience. With regular training sessions covering all facets of the industry, this is a great opportunity for professional development and to rub shoulders with some industry guns.

**What we need from you?**
- Experience in a similar role
- Passionate about the industry
- Availablity over the summer period
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- RSA and Food Safety Certificate
- Bartenders: Cocktail experience and Whisky/Whiskey knowledge a plus
- Sommelier: WSET qualifications or studying towards preferred
