Key Responsibilities

* You will continue to learn and stay current with independent knowledge and interpretation about departmental design guides, standards, systems, applicable engineering codes, and company policies and procedures related to assigned tasks.

* You will consistently and independently apply your knowledge and comply with the company's quality program relative to assigned tasks.

* You may be responsible for ensuring compliance with the company's quality program.

* You will provide guidance and direction to others from the same project and discipline.

* You will support continuous improvement and change management efforts.

* You will prepare various complex engineering deliverables.

* You will perform complex research and develop recommendations for equipment and material selection.

* You will prepare complex engineering calculations following standard methods and principles.

* You will manage assigned budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

* You will plan and conduct independent evaluation, selection, and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.

* You will review lower-level engineering work or assignments.

* You will be responsible for one or more of the following: overseeing collection, assimilation, and management of data for engineering work; leading smaller production teams; and serving as the responsible charge for a project.

Project Coordination

* You will actively coordinate with all other internal/external team members on moderately complex projects.

Client Focus

* You will assist with identifying key client interests and drivers on less complex projects.

* You will communicate client interests and drivers to project team members and develop approaches to accommodate these concerns in the performance of the work on less complex projects.

* You may provide support to business development or pursuit activities.

* You will be recognized as a technical specialist by the division having in-depth knowledge of an engineering process and/or of technical aspects of an industry.

* You will design a complete project of moderately complex scope within an assigned practice area(s).
