Reporting to the Director, Business Improvement and Quality, you will be accountable for the delivery and implementation of key transformation and business improvement projects and initiatives, as well as other governance and strategic planning functions. Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: planning, designing, executing, and monitoring every aspect of the project, managing a small team to deliver outcomes and achieve results that remaining aligned with the NDIS Commission strategy, commitments and goals leading the identification, design and delivery of improvements and new initiatives to NDIS Commission practices, policy and guidance material applying project management techniques to the way initiatives are managed preparing complex documents, reports and executive briefings developing and managing positive and productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
