Job Description
Your New Role
As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll provide first line technical support to Development Victoria staff, helping resolve IT issues quickly and professionally. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, applications, and network related queries, log and track incidents in ServiceNow, and work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth, reliable operations.

You'll also support user account provisioning, AV setup, equipment installation, and contribute to improving knowledge base articles and service processes. This is a hands on, customer focused role where your technical knowhow and communication skills will make a real impact every day.

Core Accountabilities

* Resolve incidents and service requests at first contact wherever possible
* Provide first and second level technical support across applications, hardware, operating systems and network issues
* Log all incidents and requests accurately in ServiceNow
* Coordinate hardware and software acquisition and installation
* Contribute to problem solving activities and knowledge base improvements
* Maintain ICT operational environments in line with security policies
* Complete user provisioning and deprovisioning
* Perform application admin tasks following SOPs or change processes
* Set up meeting rooms, manage AV requirements and troubleshoot issues
* Process vendor invoices in line with expectations

About You
Desired Skills and Experience
You will be someone who enjoys solving problems and supporting people in a fast paced technology environment.

You Will Bring

* Experience in an IT Service Desk role (2+ years preferred)
* Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, applications and hardware
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and Windows environments
* Experience with ServiceNow, ITIL practices and Active Directory (desirable)
* The ability to explain technical concepts in plain, clear language
* Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing tasks
* A calm, helpful and customer focused attitude
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
