About the Role
Teys Australia is
seeking an experienced Export Documentation Manager to join our
Logistics team based at our Group Support Services in Eight Mile Plains,
Brisbane.
This
leadership role is responsible for mentoring and developing a dynamic documentation team, ensuring all export operations are completed accurately,
efficiently, and in full compliance with international regulations.
Reporting to
our General Manager – Logistics, this position will oversee the
end-to-end export documentation process, maintain up-to-date regulatory
knowledge across global markets, and ensure the seamless execution of
documentation activities.
Additionally,
the role will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement initiatives,
optimising internal systems, and enhancing the service performance of the
Export Documentation team.
The
successful candidate will act as the key point of escalation for export
documentation issues and play a critical role in facilitating effective
engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
About You
It is essential that you have the
following experience/skills:
* Proven
experience in a similar leadership role within export documentation or
logistics
* In-depth
knowledge of international regulatory compliance
* Strong
understanding of country-specific export and import documentation requirements
* Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong
relationships across internal teams and external partners
* A
collaborative and positive approach, with the ability to lead and work
effectively across departments
Desirable:
* Experience
in the meat or broader food export industry
* Demonstrated
success in implementing process improvements in a fast-paced environment
* Current
Driver's Licence
