Transportation Service Coordinator
We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Transportation Service Coordinator. Our organization is dedicated to shaping the future of positive ageing.

The Role
* Safely transport residents on outings using necessary equipment.
* Fold and unfold mobility aids as required.
* Accompany residents during bus trips allowing staff to attend to other needs.
* Engage with residents encouraging and supporting them to participate in activities.
* Aid residents with simple mobilization including pushing a resident in a wheelchair where trained to do so.
* Share information about residents with the Activities Officer/Lifestyle Coordinator at the end of each shift.
* Provide excellent customer service delivering agreed services to residents/clients and internal customers on time.
* Drive safely and responsibly adhering to road and safety requirements.
Key Requirements
* Hold an LR class licence for driving buses of 22 passenger capacity or less.
* Prior experience using lifting equipment and assistive devices is desirable.
* Ability to operate computer software including Word and Excel.
* A First Aid & CPR Certificate is desirable.
Compliance Obligations
* Seasonal Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
* Covid vaccination evidence.
* Completion of a police check.
* Obtaining a driving record.
