JDP are partnering with a high-performing, independent marketing and media consultancy that works with a range of ambitious brands to unlock growth.
They’re now looking to bring in a Strategy Partner, a senior, commercially-minded strategist who can define where growth comes from and how marketing investment should be used to unlock it.
This is not a traditional media or planning role. It sits above channel execution and focuses on connecting audience, brand and media decisions directly to business outcomes.
We’re looking for someone who can operate at the intersection of strategy, media and commercial thinking.
You’ll likely bring:
* Strong experience in media, communications or marketing strategy
* A deep understanding of how paid media works (without needing to be hands‑on)
* The ability to think commercially — understanding revenue, CAC, LTV and growth levers
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
* Confidence making decisions in ambiguous environments
