What we're looking for:
· Experience working in a small, fast-paced kitchen with kitchen management skills.
· Minimum 3-5 years of kitchen management experience required.
· Comfortable working across all stations as needed including daily preparation.
· Breakfast and catering experience are a must.
· Minimum 5+ years of breakfast cooking experience required.
· Minimum 3-5 years of catering experience required.
· Strong focus on organization, food safety, cleanliness, stock rotation, inventory,
costings and waste management
· Quality assurance – Oversee dishes being served and plated to make sure they are of a high standard, and each dish is uniform in presentation with a keen eye for detail.
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Great communication skills – English Speaking.
· Well-groomed/presented clean cut chef – open kitchen.
· Able to multitask and react to situations and think on your feet.
· Menu creation, planning and weekly special suggestions to reflect seasonal
ingredients.
· No 88-day Visa Applicants or Sponsorship
· Willing to commit to more of a long-term position

· Reliable and punctual.
· Staff Supervision -delegate tasks effectively and have a strong ability to lead and
