ICT Support Technician Position available

To support our expanding team and technology infrastructure, we're looking for an enthusiastic and solutions-driven ICT Support Worker to join us.
The Role
As an ICT Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring our systems, devices, and digital tools run smoothly.
You'll support both office and field teams, helping maintain our fleet management systems, connectivity, and hardware used to monitor, repair, and deploy e-scooters.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to staff across the business (in-person, phone, and email).
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across PCs, tablets, mobile devices, and e-scooters.
Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of systems such as fleet management platforms, ticketing systems, and network tools.
Maintain accurate logs of technical issues and resolutions.
Assist with managing user accounts, permissions, and device security.
Ensure Wi-Fi, network equipment, and field-team devices remain fully operational.
Support ongoing ICT projects, including system upgrades and new technology rollouts.
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to resolve connectivity or sensor issues affecting e-scooter performance.
What We're Looking For
Experience in an ICT support or technician role (with relevant qualifications).
Good understanding of Windows/Mac OS, mobile device management, and cloud tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
Confidence troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Interest in IoT devices, micromobility, or emerging tech (training provided).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
