The Role
We are looking for experienced Support Workers who are passionate about supporting people to live meaningful, independent lives.
In this role, you will:
* Provide personalised, strengths-based support in the home and community
* Assist with daily tasks, appointments and social or community engagement
* Offer encouragement, guidance and steady support during challenging moments
* Help participants build life skills, confidence and greater independence
* Contribute to a safe, respectful and empowering environment

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking warm, reliable and emotionally intelligent people who genuinely enjoy supporting others.
You will ideally have:
* Experience in disability, mental health or community support
* Qualifications or lived experience in mental health, psychology, nursing, community services or disability support highly regarded
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
* Empathy, patience and adaptability
* The ability to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team
Most importantly, you bring compassion, professionalism and a belief in each participant's capacity for growth.
Requirements:
* Blue Card or willingness to obtain
* Yellow Card Disability Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
* Queensland Driver's Licence and insured, reliable vehicle
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
