Join PPT and play a key role in supporting our accounting team. We're looking for a proactive, organised, and client-focused Personal Assistant to help streamline processes and deliver exceptional service.

About the Role

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Managers and assist in ensuring smooth operations across the business. You'll also be responsible for client services and maintaining strong communication to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage Managers email inbox and calendar.
* Set up client files prior to work commencement and interviews.
* Review and check client work upon receipt; request and schedule client work.
* Provide general administrative support, including managing client files and transactions.
* Assist with cloud-based software management.
* Help create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Communicate effectively with PPT employees to prioritise workflow.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
* Perform work-related errands as required.
* Adhere to all safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in an administrative role (professional services or financial management experience highly regarded but not essential).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software.
* A proactive, "can-do" attitude and commitment to exceptional client service.
* Professional presentation, reliability, and punctuality.
