What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide sales and administrative support across a range of branch operations, including:
* Performing general administrative tasks such as managing debtors, accounts receivable/payable, stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching goods
* Assisting customers with pricing enquiries and product information
* Processing counter sales through POS systems
* Maintaining and promoting safe work practices
* Supporting merchandise campaigns and in-store promotions
* Providing general administrative support to the branch team
* Loading/unloading trucks and assisting with dispatch and deliveries
* Participating in a rotating roster, including one Saturday morning per month
What You'll Bring:
To succeed in this role, you will bring experience working in a fast-paced team environment, along with a genuine interest in Australian agriculture. You will also demonstrate:
* A proactive, hands-on approach and strong organisational skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
* Sound problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
* The initiative to identify and improve internal processes
* A current driver's licence required and forklift ticket strongly preferred
