Tenant Engagement Officer – Chrysels Sign & VM Industries
Our Tenant Engagement Officers are very active in the community, ensuring tenant involvement is meaningful and drives service improvement. This is a crucial area of our housing work and an exciting time to join and shape it.
Responsibilities
* Be proactive in identifying, planning and leading activities, projects, events, engagements and reviews that enhance tenant involvement and drive service improvement.
* Demonstrate transparency, influence, accountability and a commitment to inclusion.
* Use superb communication skills to engage with tenants and stakeholders effectively.
* Attend evening meetings and occasional weekend events as required.
* Work as part of a hybrid arrangement (minimum 1 day per week in the office).
Qualifications & Requirements
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with empathy, positivity, understanding and patience as asset disciplines.
* DBS clearance is required for this role.
* Hours of work are 37 per week, Monday to Friday; flexibility to attend evening meetings and occasional weekend events.
* Experience in tenant engagement, community involvement, or related fields is desirable to support service improvement.
