We are seeking a Procurement Officer and Administrator to support the maintenance, purchasing and stores functions of CAF in the NSW Regional (Dubbo) project.
Responsibilities
* Manage exporting and importing shipment customs clearance.
* Maintain the Asset Management system (GMAO), including data entry, procurement procedures, supplier set‐up, purchase order creation, invoicing and accounts payable.
* Control and audit work‐order documentation to ensure compliance with Australian standards.
* Attend and minute Weekly Operations Management meetings.
* Coordinate procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics and shipping operations to maintain cost control and budget efficiency.
* Manage internal and external audit processes.
* Coordinate importing freight management and maintain a safe, clean working environment in compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental legislation.
* Perform other administrative tasks as directed by the line manager.
Qualifications
* Diploma in Purchasing, Commerce or Logistics, or equivalent relevant work experience.
* Experience in purchase and customs clearance administrative work.
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritise workload, and self‐motivated.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word and other office IT systems.
* English essential. Spanish beneficial.
Work Experience
* Experience in procurement, purchasing and customs clearance functions.
* Knowledge of warehouse, logistics and shipping operations.
* Familiarity with GMAO or similar asset management systems.
